Best company I ever worked with. They received my factory stereo on Tuesday . Called at 12 pm to confirm the issue. Received a call at 4 pm that it was fixed. received it the very next day. Look and performs like new. top notch service and everyone was very helpful. Thanks to Wes and his crew again.

To begin my aftermarket pioneer h.u wasnt turning on along with the rest of my system. After trying to bench power the unit and failed i figured the unit was bad. Tons of reasons to believe this conclusion. Instead of spending hundreds on a new one i looked up certified pioneer engineers. This company came up and was located on west side of fl. Im on the east. I had to send my unit to them and as soon as they got it they called me and informed me the steps from that point on. Now they could have claimed all kinds of stuff and told me i need to repair this and this and i would have. Instead they ran it through diagnostic and the unit is working 100. Had a 4200Nex that was in boot loop. From the beginning I was always able to get ahold of someone pretty quickly when I had questions - plus they were always professional and nice to speak with. When it was sent back, there was something that was missed by the technician. Techni-Car paid for the return overnight shipping and overnighted it back to me. Much better service than expected! Overnighting stuff is NOT cheap!Now have my 4200 back in and working and couldn't be any happier!
