JJ came to replace a cracked window sash. Before bringing any material into the house, he carefully measure the window to make sure that he had the correct size. Once he confirmed that he went out and got the window sash and brought it in. The old window had a security system device on it which he removed and transferred to the new window. He did an excellent job.
