Today was my first appointment with Pine Avenue Smiles. The office was inviting and the staff was extremely friendly. I saw Dr. Ricky Pan (whose brother is also a Dentist in the office). I presented with a number of issues that needed to be addressed. Dr. Pan spend a lot of time going through my dental/medical history with me before excusing himself for a few minutes to do some research to best serve the complexities of my "case". Dr. Pan then contacted an oral surgeon on my behalf. After an hour of consulting with Dr. Pan, he told me that he still wanted to fully examine my mouth, aside from the problem I initially contacted him about. I had a disappointing experience in another office and ended up having to see a specialist to resolve the issue. I needed a general dentist to help me complete the treatment plan I had initially started in the other office,so I came in as an emergency after seeing the oral surgeon. Everyone in the office was very caring and helpful. Dr. Pan and his brother sat down with me and discussed what I should do going forward and were very kind and informative. I look forward to being a patient in this office and feel very comfortable trusting them to finish what was started. Thanks for seeing me on such short notice and taking me on as a new patient.
I have been with Dr Ricky Pan since the first day he took over Pine Avenue Smiles. From the moment you schedule with Michelle you will be treated like family here. Kathy is my go to dental hygienist and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Dr Pan is caring and spends whatever time is necessary to do a professional job. My wife and I are both patients and love the entire staff! The office is clean as a pin and comfortable also. Would strongly recommend. I don’t think you will be disappointed.
