Ryan was an exceptional technician. He had to replace the generator brushes which requires removing half the generator pieces. He preformed this task quickly and efficiently. After using previous companies Generx is the first one who showed me there good at there job.

I did a 2 year service on my generator and had the valves adjusted so yes I’m very happy with the service they provided and super happy with my generator from the installation to the service so I highly recommend using them for all your needs
Brandon Laboy did an excellent job performing our 2 year service and valve adjustment. Performed an ATS test with no issues. If you use GenerX I highly suggest the 2 years service and you only need the valve adjustment after 25 hours of initial use on a new generator then every 400 hours after that.
