Everything happened as agreed. Some extra work, which was mentioned, turned out to be fairly costly. A price estimate of this work, if required, would have been good to have before signing.
The workforce appeared professional and friendly. They knew what could be done and what not. The price was not the cheapest, but the fact that the company was local, recommended, had a manned showroom and communicated well (also in writing) before and during the work were important factors.
5 Star was great. They provided the most detailed estimate of the four I received. They have a real office with all the samples available. They provided a turn key price for a complete rebuild of my 25 year old pool including the screen enclosure. As an absentee owner I appreciated the high quality of their project management and I had zero complaints from my HOA and neighbors. I highly recommend them.
Great company with great employees. From Roman to Andrew to Sid and all along the way. They were professional and extremely. Helpful through this entire remodel. We love our new pool. Thank you all. I would recommend 5 star pools to any one.
