Great people! I would definitely use them again. Why? Because they are smart, fast and dependable.As for smart, their estimator - a very knowledgeable and prepared woman - came out and surveyed the job. As a result we bought just what we needed with no inordinate waste. Which they cleaned up. Other smart thing. The same tile was used in the foyer and a bottom level bonus room. The installers took the time to call us if we wanted the tile to go east and west or north and south. In the foyer, it made sense to go north and south and in the bonus room, east and west. Terry and Richard did a great job. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and the planning & communication from Ashley and Marge was perfect. No surprises, always on time, tidy….We are very pleased and recommend them with no hesitation.
We are so happy with our new floors! The team was professional, quick, and did an amazing job from start to finish. They even moved all of our heavy furniture around with care, which made the whole process so much easier for us. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and everything looks beautiful.
