I have a home warranty that cover the ac repairs but of course they always find a way to not cover it. Airzone was sent from the warranty to chk the issue they reported to them and of course the warranty gives a small bad excuse not to cover the repair or replace. I call the technician Kevin to let him know he say let me quote you for a new unit since honestly the one I have is very old and not worth fixing. He came back with a great quote (i did my research and it was the best price I got from other companies) he offered options of paying and financing I agree to do the work they came next day change the old one and put a brand new one. The inspection went well. At the end of the inspection the guy offered to do duct insulation right away. I was very grateful for his offer and accepted it. He did a very good job on our insulation. Thank you.

I contacted Air Zone spoke to Tiffany for my first yearly check up on my prepaid maintenance plan. Tiffany was kind and efficient- scheduled me immediately.Tim was my assigned technician- he arrived identified himself & explained what he would be doing, then he set to work inside. My downstairs' neighbors are also Air Zone customers -so we schedule w/ in the same week- we requested Tim again as he knows we ‘share ‘ a/c parts and to have our units maintained together made sense to all of us.I post all work done on my unit “posted” on my handler - Tim placed a flyer w/ his updated maintenance date & findings.Happy to report that my unit inside & out plus the...read full review
