S&S installed a soft start which failed after 13 months. The unit was 1 month past install warranty. They refused to accommodate me even part way or work with the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer on my own and they very quickly offered to honor the warranty and ship me a new one. I’ll have someone else install it. S&S strikes me as lazy and they don’t really care once you pay them. I recommend you use someone else.

These guys went above and beyond!
Usually, when you are dealing with technicians, or people that are in the service industry, it definitely feels like a money or a time suck, but with these guys they saved me both!
I called after hours and someone texted me and let me know that they’d be there in the morning early.
They also offered to send me a video to see if I could rectify the issue for myself.
It was a long shot, but I followed all the steps and then voila!
My AC kicked back on!
I can honestly say that these folks at S&S are definitely making money because let’s face it it’s Florida and it’s summertime…news flash they probably don’t...read full review

Grandma has issues with her AC, this company came out and made it right! They communicated the issues and spent to the time to ensure the issue had been for sure been resolved. -Thank you and your team and I appreciate the transparency you gave us! 😊
