In my experience and opinion this company truly is superior. I had a bit of a nerve-wracking situation: the well pump sprung a leak, the garage was accumulating water quickly, and it was Friday. After calling a good deal of the water system service companies in Highlands county (we're out in Lorida) to no avail, I finally reached out to Superior Water Works. And I am so glad that I did! Firstly, the receptionist was very professional and thorough. She got everything squared away even though their system was down when I called. Hugo installed a new water softener and filter system. I can tell a big difference in my water. He also installed a new reverse osmosis system in ny kitchen. He was very kind and considerate.

We called Tuesday morning and they came that same afternoon to flush filters, came back the next day and repaired everything that needed to be repaired in less then 24 hours ! Excellent service. Highly recommend !
