We called Tuesday morning and they came that same afternoon to flush filters, came back the next day and repaired everything that needed to be repaired in less then 24 hours ! Excellent service. Highly recommend !

Hugo reinstalled our current kinetico RO system into new kitchen cabinets. At our request, he also replaced the kinetico water softener's filter housing due to a leak. He was knowledgeable and polite, and concentrated on the tasks.

He was well aware of the situation and the circumstances of the issue. He also knew how to fix it and did all he could to help and was great help on getting estimations on the possibility of a new system.
