I have a house built in the 50's. I've lived there since 1996. I doubt the roof vent has ever been cleaned. Daniel's cleaned out vent, replaced some parts in both toilets. My toilet in guess bath was not level so he caulked the front so it wouldn't wobble. In my opinion he went out of his way to make sure all was well and mess was cleaned up. Curtis came promptly and ruled out possible causes (it ended up being a city problem), and reached out to OUA. He returned afterward to make sure that our system was working before he left for the night. Gene also called to update us after his conversation with OUA. Love these guys! They have helped me out in two plumbing emergencies! Super friendly. Worth the $$$ because they do a good job and are reliable. They call and come when they say they will!!!
