Jonathan came out to my house to help with a clogged drain. Things didnt go as smoothly as expected but he never gave up. He spent hours on the issue and was determined to get it fixed. Needless to say his hard work payed off, it was fixed and working great!!!!! What a great tech!!!!!
Great service from Garin and Shane. They were knowledgeable, professional and very helpful in making several plumbing issues we had understandable. They were a pleasure to have at our home and I highly recommend Echols Plumbing.
Echols certainly made a stressful time much easier on us. We had a mainline clog, and were worried we wouldn't be able to get anyone out to our house for a couple days, but when we called Echols they were very easy to talk to and got Shane and Garon out to us on the same day.These two guys were amazing. They didn't mind the kids, were responsive to questions, kind, and informative. And they got the work done quick and professionally.On top of all of that, they were very understanding of my pay schedule and the situation and were more than willing to work out the payment with us.
