TemperaturePro really came through when I was recently stuck in an impossible situation. My system was installed by a different company, and has now failed twice (thankfully parts are still being covered under the extended warranty). The company I purchased it from has abandoned its customers. Thankfully, when my blower and compressor went out, again, a call to TemperaturePro was all it took to have someone out within an hour, diagnose the issue, and start the repair process. Both techs and management were super-responsive and made sure to stay in constant communication. TemperaturePros did an excellent job fixing my AC! I had a leak that several other companies couldn’t find, but their technician quickly diagnosed the issue and got everything working again.
