I was mostly pleased with this company, however, when I called after the work was done to complain that one section of the grout was sloppy and unprofessional, they blamed it on my wallpaper leaking color onto the grout. They also tore a section of wallpaper and instead of owning it, they quickly ran out without pointing it out to me. They also had mentioned that a piece of trim might be damaged during the install so I asked them to include damage to the trim in the quote so they would replace if necessary. As it turned out, the existing trim was not damaged, so I asked for a refund for that part of the job. Several emails regarding this have so far been ignored....read full review
My review went from 2 stars to 4 because of Steve and Lisa. It took a lot of emails and phone calls for them to give my family a military discount on a repair. Felt like they should've just given us the discount and not made us work that hard for it, but the repair was expensive so we asked. A tiny chip cost us a few hundred to repair, but we do love our kitchen and counter tops.
I recently had my kitchen remodeled I knew I needed a durable surface that would resist staining could handle heat from hot cookware being placed on them IGS had the Quartz surface I needed. IGS sent Arsalan Arabani a sales representative to my home with samples of Quartz and tile, from the beginning of my project until installation Arsalan and IGS made sure I was happy with my countertops this is my 2nd countertop install with IGS and I will definitely make them my 1st choice and would recommend to others. Thank you Arsalan and IGS team for my beautiful Berkshire Brass Smooth Quartz!
