I needed someone extremely detail oriented and borderline nit-picky with my home inspection as my first year home builder insurance coverage was coming to an end. I wanted to ensure I have all the big structural issues identified before the coverage runs out. Steve at Florida Superior Inspection was the right person for the job. Steve is the real deal. I have used him on two inspections, and both times he was very thorough . The first real estate transaction , he showed me where I needed to do some necessary repairs on an as is purchase . The second time, I got enough information to convince me that it was best to walk away. He saved me from buying a lemon!
