I have visited this salon off and on since they opened. Sometimes they are great other times not so much. I believe in tipping very well because although this is not hard labor, I am appreciative of care and service. I wanted to make this my salon of choice, unfortunately I will never darken their doors again. I walked out today without getting my services. When I arrived, all the chairs were full. It was great! The young lady who cleaned and massaged my feet was gentle and thorough. She took that I was ticklish very well too 😂 The man who painted my toes was precise and quick. Both them and the rest of the staff were very friendly and attentive, and my feet look so pretty!
It was a quick and easy service, I love my nails but the woman really cut me up so bad. I didn’t want to review this but my fingers were burning for the past few days from the cuts. As you can see now that the scabs are there, there was many cuts. I was telling her it hurts and wincing in pain and all she did was wipe the blood off my fingers, first with her finger then with a napkin and the only way to stop the blood was to cover it with gel that stung so bad. I’ve never had 5 fingers cut up and no discount or help for it.
