“I originally left feeling really upset with my experience and the way my nails turned out on my first visit. However, I’m giving Westyn Beauty Nails 4 stars because the owner was incredibly kind and understanding and offered to have me come back in to redo my nails.

I especially want to shout out Nancy and the owner for being so pleasant, professional, and understanding. They genuinely listened to my concerns and made me feel heard, which I really appreciated. My second experience was so much better, and I’m very happy with how they handled the situation.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of my initial experience and how disappointed I was the first time around. That being said, based on my experience with Nancy and the owner, I would absolutely give them 5 stars! Thank you for making things right and taking the time to make sure I left happy!“
