Having worn glasses for all my life have to say the eye exam here was pretty thorough. The doctor himself is a bit dry, and his customer service a bit short, but overall I liked my experience. I came here to get an eye exam and to get fitted for contacts. While they didn't have my exact prescription he sent me home with some trial one to see how they feel and he would order my prescription in trials. Over a month passed before I could come back simply because of my schedule. When I came back they checked my eyes again with the contacts and still didn't have my prescription in trial contacts and I think he forgot the ones I was wearing were not my prescription exactly. He ordered another trial,in my prescription and gave me a different brand to try since I had said my eyes were dry during my trial. Overall, I have to say the space is nice, definitely a great eye exam and they have a nice, though pricey selection of glasses and sunglasses there. They're pretty busy too, so you may get an appointment a week or two out.
I've been a customer for ten years. Never one complaint. Bill and Blanca are top notch. Same goes for Doctor Zorn. They know how to treat people. Best recommendations for glasses and sunglasses. Great job!
