My family and I, LOVE Optical Outlets! Melissa and Marianne always makes sure that we receive the best and most professional service! Their smiles are so contagious, and their personalities glow bright. We feel lost when they aren’t there, but once we see them, it seems as though everything will be alright. 10/10 service! LOVE THEM SOOOOOO MUCH!!!?❤️

Absolutely love coming here I have come here since they were in the West oaks mall location. Even After moving across town I make it a point to come to this location because the staff is so friendly and is the most helpful I could ask for.Melissa helped us that out with a huge issue with some broken frames and even made some great suggestions.Will Is continued to make this location our Go to.Update: went back for pick up and had such an amazing Experience with iris she was so helpful and helped resolve all of our issues with our broken glasses and getting our new frames, thank you!
