I had such a wonderful experience at Optical Outlets in Ocoee! I stopped in to take advantage of their teacher appreciation deal, and Brittany and Iris were absolutely amazing. They were both so friendly, patient, and helpful while I picked out new frames.
As a teacher, I really appreciated not only the special deal, but how genuinely kind and welcoming Brittany and Iris were. Great customer service makes such a difference, and they definitely made me feel appreciated! Thank you both for such a great experience — I love my new glasses! ❤👓

Great location with even better professionalism. Appointments are easy to schedule and flexible to appoint towards your calendar. Check-in is straightforward accompanied by a welcoming waiting room. Dr. Sherma is very professional, so polite, caring, and answers any doubt or questions a patient may have. Melissa is super helpful when picking out glasses and facilitates the order process. She is also bilingual and always willing to help. I am always looking forward to my next appointment!

Dr. Pradilla and Marianne were very nice and efficient! I was in and out in less than an hour! Marianne took her time out to help me find a pair of frames and even went out her way to look for different colors in stock. Dr. Pradilla had a very pleasant attitude!
