We had to say goodbye to our beloved Yorkie, Mishka, and I can’t thank UrgentVet West Orlando enough for the kindness and compassion they showed us. Everything was done so gently and thoughtfully. They gave us a private, cozy room for our farewell. Our sweet girl was brought to us in a blanket after the catheter was placed, so we could spend more time holding her. Then the veterinarian came in, explained everything, and gently administered the medication through the catheter. Mishka peacefully fell asleep in our arms, without pain. It was heartbreaking, but the way they handled everything made it a beautiful and dignified goodbye. We are deeply grateful.
