Brian came out to spray for little black bugs we were seeing off and on in the kitchen. He could have just sprayed around the baseboards and left, but he was determined to find the source of our problem. A little tour through our pantry revealed the problem: little beetles had infiltrated our rice. Worse, they were in an unopened package of rice from the store. Ugh. Brian done good, and we are pleased to have the problem fully identified and resolved! Service above and beyond. Carl
