I came in because my permanent retainer had broken and I wanted it removed. When I called ahead, I was told the cost would be $30. Once I arrived, the dentist said he would just polish off the broken part and do it for free.

But when I checked out, they tried to charge me $66 for a “two-tooth polish and exam.” After I questioned it, they changed it—yet they still wanted me to pay $50 for an exam, even though I was originally quoted $30 and then told by the dentist it would be free.

The back-and-forth and shifting prices made the whole experience feel very uncomfortable. I paid it, but I won’t be returning because their pricing transparency is poor.

They canceled my appointment twice without informing me. They stated we tried to call but something is wrong with our confirmation system. Since I didn’t confirm I was canceled!!!! However , you just mention you have issues with your confirmation system why cancel?

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Colon and staff. Everyone was super friendly and totally put me at ease. Dr. Colon has a special way of making you feel relaxed. The office has a very modern feel to it and has the latest technology. I love the beach scenes on the big screen tv in the exam room, it really put me at ease during my operation! From check in to checking out the entire experience was A++.
