I've been treated at Advent in Ocoee twice for an itchy, swollen eye. Both times were five star, A plus. Here, there is little waiting time - even as a walk in, which I did. The treatment is precise, easily understood, and perfect. Prescription, both times, was ready at my drugstore on my way home. No waiting. My providers (a different one each time) were well-trained. Both gave me precise directions on how to treat my eye problem from home after I left. After my provider left, I had him called back for even another question. Its so hard to find decent and not over crowded urgent cares but This place is by far the nicest. Heather especially was so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be bringing my kids back.

This office is so welcoming and kind. I would rather go here than any other location. NP Lakeshia is amazing and always takes care of me. I’ve been checked in by Rosemary and she always remembers me. Rosemary always has a smile on her face and will make you laugh and feel welcomed. I’ve come to this location more than 3 times and I will continue to come back. They make you feel for comfortable. Definitely 5 star treatment ⭐️
