We had an excellent experience with Family Traditions remodeling our kitchen, which we purchased through Home Depot. The workers were pleasant and professional and responsive to our questions and requests. The work progressed relatively quickly for a kitchen renovation. We had an issue with one phase of the installation, and Kim, the manager, responded quickly and decisively. The work was quickly demolished and redone at no cost and minimal inconvenience to us. In our experience, workers can make mistakes, but the willingness of this company to take responsibility and stand behind their work are noteworthy. When people enter our kitchen, they are amazed.

I was extremely happy with this company. The girls in the office were so helpful, the gentlemen who put in my cabinets, electrical outlets and sink were extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very personable. Would totally recommend them.

I had a total kitchen redesigned and all new appliances. Dave did a great job with general contracting. Jeremy went above and beyond with the cabinet install. I am very happy and would highly recommend.. As to be expected a few minor hiccups but Dave worked very hard to make me happy .
