He was very detailed and thorough and had no problem explaining things to my husband who was there for the inspection. He sent a detailed report the same day and made us feel very comfortable going into this big process of homebuying. My realtor recommended that I use USA Home Inspections before closing on a new construction house. I was very surprised to read the report and see all the discoveries they made. Luis Mendez was the inspector who went over the home I'm in contract to buy. A family member who met Luis because I was 1000 miles away was pleased as well with the job he did. He brought things to my attention I may have missed without an inspection and made me aware of the few things that needed attention. Peace of mind with home buying is worth it.
