I read the negative reviews and was hesitant. But I had a wonderful experience here. The staff were helpful, courteous, quick given I was third in line, they picked up the phone the day before when I called, and the minivan I reserved was available, ready for me, and in perfect order. The guys even helped me figure out how to put the seats down before I left the lot. All went as it should. I will definitely rent from this office again should the need arise!

This was my absolute worst rental car experience EVER. It was a disaster from the moment I walked in the door. Office was filthy, reps were sloppy, rude and extremely unhelpful and argumentative. I spent $80/day for a vehicle with bad windshield wipers in the rain, unclean and 3/4 tank of gas. I waited over 1.5 hours to get the car and they gave me problems returning it and wouldn't pick it up, trying to charge me extra days which didn't fly. They NEVER I repeat NEVER answer their telephone it just rings forever. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
