Outstanding experience with the Strada team from start to finish. From the first conversation with my sales rep, Chris, to the expert installation by Hector and Mark, the Strada team provided exceptional work and unparalleled service. Chris took the time to understand the requirements and present viable options within my budget. Hector and Mark were amazing - tidy, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. They replaced a 23-year old undersized Goodman unit with a fantastic Daikin system that can be controlled from anywhere and resealed my duct work. Everything was installed to code standards.
