Tate just finished a repair on our reach in freezer and did a great job. Called before arrival and diagnosed/fixed the problems and rechecked his work. Impressed.

I would never use anyone else. They are honest and quick to get you an appointment. Their rates are good and they do such a thorough inspection of everything! Don't make a mistake and call anyone but SOS!!

What a great experience with SOS. Our air went out mid day with inside temp going to 87*. This company came out promptly with luckily parts on hand! Air was fixed within hours. Our service tech Bryce was excellent. He was knowledgeable, courteous and engaging.(didn’t mind us asking questions without bothering him.) The owner Sean even showed up to check things out. Extremely professional and thorough. Our air works fine and we are extremely pleased. Such a great company. We would highly recommend.
