I ordered a shed and when it was delivered, the roof was damaged by the shipping carrier. Also the added extra loft space on the wrong end of the building. and the driver couldn’t anchor the building upon delivery. They had to return the next day. Now I’m told the service guy may be out in the next couple of weeks. This is unacceptable for an 8k + building. This was my 3rd building from them. 1st one was great, downhill from there. I do not recommend!

I love my Graceland Portable Cabin... I've had mine little over a year now and the people are always nice and respectful with you if you call in over the phone to make your monthly payment... Love Graceland Portable Buildings... Thank You Guys!!!!

Not enough customer service. Both people working there acted like they didn't care to much to sell anything. Better customer service is definitely needed. I will be buying some where else because of this. Thank you!
