Do Not Buy carpet from this company! Sales will misinform you, complaint was handled with year long run-around and rude staff. In addition, they don't stand by thier products or warranty. Take your business elsewhere and avoid Tom Urban and all his associates!
Terrible owner and manager. They only respect the money in their pockets.
When we first called Great Lakes, a guy took all our info and said he'd call us right back after he checked his schedule and set up a time to come to our home to show us samples and do an estimate. He never called back and that was a red flag, but we called several days later to follow up. Big mistake. We spoke to Trisha and of course there was no record of our ever calling or who we might have spoken to. She did come to our house with samples a few days later and she seemed friendly and helpful. She gave us a quote for vinyl planking; we liked the sample and the price seemed fair so we signed a contract and she took a 50% deposit on our credit card. The next day... read full review
