I guarantee that in a few years this company will be investigated for fraud. I had minor flooding in my kitchen September 20, 2023. My insurance Foremost suggested ServiceMaster’s as they have mediators so assumedly repairs and costs would be easier to figure out between my insurance and ServiceMaster’s. I had 0 problems with Foremost. ServiceMaster’s however was incredibly unprepared every single visit, had awful customer service, poor quality work, and very unprofessional.First, they came out to quote to damage and install some dehumidifiers and said they would be back every single day until it dried up as they need to check the equipment daily. Couldn’t be more pleased by these guys! The owners came out to my place inspected everything gave me the lowest estimate I had received and within 2 days I had a full crew at my house knocking everything out! I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.Service: Deep clean
