I replaced my carpets 4 years ago. To keep all of our flooring looking it's best we have Stanley Steemer come out every two years. The technician, Kevin, texted that he was due to be here at a certain time and he was here to the minute.
Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable and is also very personable and has good people skills. He got right to the job and also addressed a few problems areas where the grandkids had spilled some food and left some stains.
He did a very thorough job and also advised me how to take care of drying the carpets when he left.
