Nicki Schwartz is an absolute dream to work with. She was ready to respond to questions throughout the day and evening. She was able to explain everything thoroughly as she is extremely knowledgeable about the homebuying process. She also keeps herself appraised of the current market to better answer questions on homes, values, insurance, and more. She made sure everything flowed as easily as possible and anticipated potential issues. She was also on top of any changes and addendums that were needed. Essentially she was Great and we are so glad she was our realtor. We would recommend her to anyone going through the home buying or selling process!

She responds to texts, emails, and phone calls quickly - which is perfect when you need to book a showing right away. In addition, her schedule was flexible.
