My mother has been attempting to set an appointment with them because she was referred by her primary and her insurance approved Dr. Reddy. It has been over a month and no one ever answers the phone from the morning to the afternoon. No matter the day. They don’t return phone calls either. It’s absolutely disgusting to ignore the ailing in this way and should be treated as a form of malpractice. I wouldn’t want her to go here anyway if this is the way patients are treated before even being seen.
