We've been going to the OTOW Racewash Car Wash since the day they opened. We have one pickup truck and three cars - a white King Ranch, a black/white Mustang convertible, a silver Elantra, and a black '57 Chevy. We go three or four times a week. It's a bargain as wash club members. Not one bit of damage, even in the tiniest way. The staff has always been really pleasant and nice to work with. The wash itself has had a few hiccups over time, like the tire shine malfunctioning, or a blower failure. But the team was always very responsive and attentive. The only thing that I have an issue with is the blower system doesn't dry the car very well leaves a lot of water spots if you do not get out and dry them off also I wish the roller brush at the end would go across the whole roof and the back Hood like it used to. I know you stopped it because of customers with special car racks but that should be their issue and not yours to take away from customers that have normal rooftops. But for the most part I've been a customer a very long time for my dad and my car and very satisfied except for the above mentioned.

Love the clean car experience But the last two times I went through the wash it rips my driver side windshield wiper off and puts it on top of my vehicle. The rolling overhead dryer at the end catches it and takes it clean off. Reported it and a nice guy put it back on the first time. I put it on the second time. Only a few months old but I will buy a new set and see if they will survive. Good luck everyone. I love a clean automobile
