Several years ago, I regularly attended classes at Reformed Pilates(Club) in AZ.
The classes were quite large. We received no correction after the exercise was initiated. There were frequent “crashes” of the reformers, and we all were “riding the springs”, in a big hurry. In short, we were not doing the exercises in a consistent and correct manner.
When I came to Pilates Institute of Ocala four years ago, I began to practice Classical Pilates with Tammy. I am on a journey of tremendous improvement!
It is on-going, but I can see welcome changes in my strength, flexibility, posture and balance.

Pilates is amazing. Tammy is awesome, knowledgeable, funny, strict, and inspiring. Even in the group classes (max 4 people at time) you get a lot of hands on specific instruction. I’m a couple of months into doing a Pilates class 2-3 times per week and I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon. I’ve been telling all kinds of people about this place, 2 of my employees have tried it already. They loved it!!! Highly recommended!!!

I love the Pilates Institute of Ocala and highly recommend them. Jeanne is an AMAZING coach and very good at what she does! I feel so much more confident in myself, I feel healthier & motivated to focus on my health, and can notice a huge difference in my core/overall strength since joining about a month and a half ago. My husband was even complimenting on how he's noticed a huge change in my body and that I'm starting to tone up nicely! (That was great to hear because he tells it like it is!) Jeanne and Tammy are awesome instructors and will get you where you want to be as long as you're willing to put in the work :) I talked my sister in law (who was hesitant to join)...read full review
