We have a new puppy, so we went to PetSmart to buy some things for our new puppy bought puppy food, a bed, a box of disposable potty pads, and a puppy gate. Unfortunately the puppy gate didn't help she was small enough to get through the bars of the gate, so we had to improve vise, should have done a better job searching the gate's available for small puppies our fault.

I honestly did not have any complaints about this location upon our first visit. We just moved to the area and we stopped in here the first time so Mila can get a picture with the Easter Bunny. The staff were very friendly and patient with Mila. For some reason, she was scared of the Easter Bunny and has been good with Santa. We visited for Santa pictures. I checked online and all the deals were half the price as the store. I found several items in the store and added them to my online cart. There was an abundance of quantities of each item. I get notified later that most of my items were canceled. That tells me the staff was too lazy to retrieve the items. I tried to...read full review
