We were in need of a new system since ours was almost 20 years old. Duck came out and was the most thorough in his quote at a four different companies. We had visit our home. We wanted the most efficient most quiet system possible in Dustin quoted us a carrier infinity inverter system. We also needed a complete redo on our ductwork. Once the multi day project was started the install team as well as the vapor seal team were very courteous, very friendly and very professional. We did have a little bit of connectivity issue with the thermostat so there were multiple revisit however, Dustin and Wes were very professional and handled it and we got it fixed.
