Been here on 3 separate occasions for myself and my young son and Victoria is a blessing to work with! She is very knowledgeable, polite, she is very professional. I prefer to come when she is working just so I know I will get excellent customer service. She definitely is a rock star employee at this location! We hope she never leaves.

Updated Nov. 2025 to add: my whole family has now been to this location dozens of times. Victoria still works at this location and even though my son has a very high prescription, somehow she always manages to find the perfect frames for him. Dr. Clement is so professional and took me through her process easily, even understanding my skittishness about have fingers near my eyes. Stephani went through my insurance with total understanding, showing me I could get everything I wanted with no out of pocket fees, or charges I could not see...get it?
Plus both Dr. Clement and Stephani are redheads and brushed off my flirting because I am old and have no game, lol.

I had an wonderful experience, Vivian was such a sweetheart and helped me and my granddaughter find the perfect glasses and helped her get her glasses fitted perfectly she is such an amazing employee I would highly recommend she deserves a raise and week off!!!!!!!!
