Austin Thomas from One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating did a wonderful job fixing my flooding air conditioner in the garage. He flushed out and vacuumed the drain pipe, repaired a critical component and checked my unit inside and out. Thanks Austin and One Hour. I appreciate he came earlier than the appt. and on a Saturday!
Ricardo is the most thorough a/c tech around. As a former facilities manager, I know a/c and One Hour is the ones you should trust. Mona, their office manager is a joy to work with. This was a weekend service call.
Started having a cooling issue and called . They were able to send Donnie out in less then 24hrs to check out the unit and make sure it was good. Needed a good maintenance svc and up and running like new again. Richard,Mona and Melissa are great people to deal with highly recommend them to all.
