When my card arrived, Jennifer got me in that afternoon! Gary, tech, installed my part and discovered a power issue with it, worked all day, past closing to get me on my trip the next day. They are the best and very reasonable!!!
Been a little more than a month since we had work done on our RV by Ocala RV. We wanted to test our refrigerator on our trip as we had prior bad luck with repair places.
Ocala RV was asked to reseal the roof and fix our refrigerator for this trip. They did a great job on both.
The refrigerator was a huge deal for us as we had paid another RV dealer to fix it before we went on a trip a year ago. It wasn’t till we were on our trip before we learned they did not fix it and had to use ice chests which took up floor space in the RV.
Ocala RV did an outstanding job repairing the refrigerator and it worked perfectly the entire 5000+ mile trip.
