Christian Creese came to our home earlier this week to replace the cartridge in our shower. He was pleasant, personable, polite and most importantly did a great job. He is our new go to plumber. Miller and Son's was easy to work with and most importantly, unlike several firms we contacted, their rates were fair and reasonable and we highly recommend them and will be using them for our future plumbing needs.
Brandon was excellent. Great on-site customer service. Took the time to educate me on what he was doing, why it was important, and what to look for in the future from a risk or maintenance standpoint. I really appreciated that and would use/request his services again. I would give Miller & Son 5 stars, except that I felt the scheduling and intake request process could be strengthened. In the front office there was a mix up on my appointment and although I gave a list of the services I was requesting - that list didn't quite make it to Brandon. Had an issue with our kitchen sink not draining, and i couldnt fix it. the turn around time to get a tech to me was quick. There employees are courteous and knowledgeable. They were clean about there work as well, not leaving a mess behind. The prices are a great deal as well. I highly recommend their services!!
