Had a tree land on our well pump in the middle of the day and bust a pipe. Kevin Doherty and his team came out immediately. They went above and beyond making sure our water lines were clear and everything was working correctly. Very professional and attentive. Just to mention - it was a VERY cold day, and I felt bad they were working outside for so long, but they made sure everything was good to go.

Requested service on the web in the late afternoon for leaking pipes. Rep called me 1st thing in the morning and set appointment with a 3 hour window which is understandable. Once Tech Angel was on the way I was able to track to see how far our. Angel and another Tech were very professional and respectful.

I had a need for my water heater to be replaced due to a leak. I called Mike Scott Plumbing and was given an appointment that was only a couple of days away . When I talked with the rep I was quoted the price of $910.00 out the door for a new tank, parts, and labor that was associated with my job. The Tech Javier texted me on the day of my appointment in the time I was quoted he would be here to let me know he was on the way. He showed and went right to work on my system . The job was completed extremely well in the time I figured it would take and he departed actually before the " end time" I was given for his arrival time.
