Cynthia is a perfectionist and is the perfect makeup artist for me as I am a freak for symmetry! She gets me. I have never gone to see Cynthia with any concerns of disappointment. She has done my brows many times in the past, but I had the pleasure of getting my makeup done this past weekend by her and it was on point. Cynthia has been dubbed "The Brow Master" because of her unique talent for shaping brows, from the nonexistent to the unruly.
