Just purchased their whole package of services including lawn, shrubs, pests and termites. The Citrus County manager, Steve, is extremely knowledgeable and the two technicians that were scheduled for two of the initial services (lawn/shrub and indoor/outdoor pests) were both efficient and very conscientious. We have the termite tech that applies the Thermidor into the ground surrounding our home to be scheduled and we will have had our initial services completed. Since Superior is a locally owned Florida company, it is apparent that they train their technicians well and the techs seemed satisfied to be working for the company owners which is a good sign to us. Great job I recently bought new home, I had a big problem with Fire Ants, i was skeptical at first but its been 6 months since they came to my house and Im still finding ants outside on my front and back porch dead it almost looks like some dumped coffee grinds on the concrete thats how many ants and how consistently it continues to work never mind how many fire ants it's killing around the outside of my house I highly recommend to everyone

Not impressed so far. Just purchased their whole package plan and my lawn doesn't look any better than my neighbors who aren't paying for any treatments. I have to go out and pull weeds myself, plus they didn't fertilize everywhere. If their service doesn't improve I will not renew my contract next year.
