I would like to speak about two words integrity and honesty. We had our system installed by Max Air approximately 5 years ago. They have always maintained the unit and kept it up up to par. Over the past summer we noticed that my heat strips were kicking on when it was 100 degrees. Called them, and they sent their Tech out. He discovered that I had a bad thermostat wire. Well it was summer time I didn't see the need for the heat strips and I put it off. They disconnected the heat strips per my request. Fast forward to the recent cooler weather here in Florida. They are absolutely outstanding! Truly compassionate, hardworking, and always respectful. Their attention to detail and willingness to help go above and beyond. Prices are great, and they make sure to take excellent care of their customers. Overall, just amazing in everything they do. I would recommend them 100%!

Long Overdue Review for Max-Air!
I’ve been a customer of Max-Air for years, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They installed my HVAC unit and have maintained it yearly to ensure everything is in top working order. Recently, Daniel and Gabriel serviced the unit, replacing the capacitor and addressing a few other issues.
Both were personable and professional, completing the service promptly. Daniel even took the time to help with a wiring issue that was outside the scope of service. Thank you, Daniel, for going above and beyond—you’re a fantastic representative for Max-Air!
