Took long time for me to write this but I just needed to get this off my mind. We did pavers and they came out very nice, guys were good workers and Robert always came when I called unfortunately it is the sod. We did the whole back yard in Bahia which was recommended for holding up to florida weather in1/2022 . By May it was looking good then come july and it started to get messy we did have moles but no bugs that was found even started using a lawn care to keep it up. Unfortunately it is 1/2023 and all we have is dirt and weeds. I spent thousands of dollars to have the same thing I had before sod. All went well. The sales agent was receptive to my broad ideas. He helped me refine my plan by suggesting alternative materials. He was patient & polite. He even took a ride with me to a nearby homesite to get a feel for one of my requests. Upon review of the undertaking, he indicated that he would get back to me with a plan & estimate.
