John's A/C Inc. is a family-owned HVAC company in Central Florida, known for high-quality work and exceptional customer service. Customers praise John's A/C for fair pricing, professionalism, and reliability. They appreciate the personal touch and willingness to explain services in detail. John's A/C offers maintenance, new system installations, and A/C repairs, committed to customer satisfaction. They provide two free maintenance checks in the first year after installing a new unit. Service is friendly, professional, and efficient, with technicians arriving on time and performing high-quality work. Staff are courteous, attentive, and follow up well. Many customers have been with them for years, valuing fast, reliable, and detailed service. The company is highly recommended for installation, repair, and maintenance, making customers feel like family with excellent care. Johnny and his staff are service oriented, honest, professional, and trustworthy, interested in helping and doing the job correctly. One might find a better price, but not a better AC company, from installation to service. Family owned and operated, they are highly recommended. Regular maintenance service revealed issues on an aging system, all explained in detail. Meticulous examination revealed a failed level switch, burned out contactor, and failing capacitor, not pointed out by previous contractors. Their guy even found a glitch in a Honeywell Smart Thermostat to fix. While the bill was bigger than expected, the system is now fault free. This company is thoroughly recommended. The cooling effect on a lanai was not as represented, and the crew was unprepared to finish the whole job in one day, requiring three trips.
