my Ac went out last night, call early morning and they sent a tech I think his name is Eric. when I open my door I told him you are my hero and he was. fixed my unit less then 10 minutes and my air. started up. very nice and polite. im keeping your number for future fixes.

Great A++ experience/service - from my initial call to Hughes - Lily, the receptionist, was professiona & thoroughly explained the process, and informed me Eric, the technician, were becoming to the house to assess our A/C issue.
The technician, Eric, went above and beyond - by not only diagnosing the issue, but quickly ordering the defective parts and repaired the system all while remaining professional & helpful!
