My AC went out and as anyone in Florida knows that's not something you want to deal with especially in the first heat wave of the year. They were able to come out the very next day, quickly figure out what was wrong, get the part, and have everything fixed the same day.
The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with my dog who felt the need to comment on everything they were doing. I really appreciated that they took the time to clearly explain the issue and answer my questions.
I also ended up signing up for their twice yearly maintenance plan, it was very reasonably priced and a good value so hopefully there will be no more surprises....read full review
