Great customer service. Very warm, personable & considerate.This shop is very clean with a warm, inviting atmosphere. I love the soft jazz she plays in her shop. She took the time to explain everything she was going to do before doing anything & frequently checked with me as to if she what she had done so far was okay. Did an excellent job on my hair! Was able to provide the cut I wanted although my hair is not the easiest to style & the fact that this was the 1st time I set foot in her shop! As I told her, she has gotton a new customer.

The minute I walked into the shop I felt welcomed and relaxed. I left there feeling like a new person. I absolutely love my hair cut and have already booked my next appointment. I drove almost two hours to get to Nena and will continue to do so. I highly recommend Hope Hair Studio!Services: Haircut
